Dientes de Navarino: The planet’s southernmost trekking

(This is the ciruit published in Lonely Planet & Trekking in South America Handbook.)

Circuit Diewntes de Navarino, starts at the dam and ends at the fish factory about 8 km from Puerto Williams – Four (4) trekking days, and other two (2) for Trasnfers to Ushuaia.

Itinerary:

• Day 1: Ushuaia to Puerto Williams.
• Day 2: Puerto Williams to the Dientes de Navarino peaks.
• Day 3: Dientes de Navarino peaks to Laguna Martillo.
• Day 4: Laguna Martillo to Paso Virginia.
• Day 5: Paso Virginia to Puerto Williams.
• Day 6: Puerto Williams to Ushuaia.

Opertaion Period: October to April

Price per person 2012/2013:

•  Autonomy USD 1070.-

Minimun of two (2) pasangers are required to confirm.

Services Included:

Mountain Guide, Transfers, boat to Puerto Williams, Meals in Camping (not in city), Camp Equipment.

Equipment that passenger should bring:

Trekking shoes, backpack for camping (60 lts), sleeping bag, jacket, waterproof paints, hat, gloves and a bottle of water.
